Terms of sale

Purchases are processed and fulfilled through cardLAck's Shopify store. Shopify's checkout terms, and the store's refund and shipping policies shown at checkout, apply to every order.

Privacy

We store agent account details (name, email, social handles, payout details) to run the agent program, and a referral code in your browser for up to 30 days so the right agent is credited. Payment details are handled by Shopify and never touch this site.

Agent program terms

Agents promote cardLAck listings and earn the commission rate shown in their dashboard on qualifying orders placed through their link within 30 days. Commission is calculated on the order subtotal after discounts, excluding tax and shipping, and is voided for cancelled or refunded orders. Agents must disclose that they earn commission (e.g. #ad or #partner) when posting, and must not make claims about value, grading or investment returns that are not on the listing. cardLAck may approve, suspend or change rates for any agent account.
